📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and products in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods to avoid damage.
- Prepare materials for dispatch according to orders and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for handling goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as required.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, storage standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (an advantage).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
