Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communication.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in administration is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front-office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Friendly, presentable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service approach and a positive attitude.
