The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining seamless connectivity and communication across all company operations.
🌐 Key Responsibilities
🖧 Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
🖧 Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
🖧 Install, upgrade, and maintain network hardware and software
🖧 Ensure network security through firewalls, access controls, and antivirus systems
🖧 Perform regular backups, updates, and system checks
🖧 Respond to technical support requests related to network problems
🖧 Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance
🖧 Collaborate with IT and other departments to support infrastructure needs
✅ Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
✔ 2–4 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure
✔ Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network systems
✔ Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools
✔ Hands-on experience with network security protocols and best practices
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred
