Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance department in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of financial processes, including maintaining accurate records and supporting key reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
- Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing and follow-ups.
- Help prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting support role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
