Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Process logistics-related documents such as delivery notes, invoices, shipment records, and inventory data.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure data consistency.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information.
- Follow company procedures and deadlines for data entry tasks.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
