Noorka Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and promote logistics and transportation services from our Dubai office. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Promote freight, warehousing, and transportation solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation
- Attend client meetings and industry networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and logistics industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and travel locally when required
