Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a safety-driven professional who can ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a secure and risk-free workplace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across warehouse, transport, and operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
- Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to staff.
- Maintain updated records of safety documentation, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to improve workplace safety practices.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols by all personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
- Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead and influence safe work practices among employees.
