Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, enjoy administrative tasks, and can maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and update HR databases regularly.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures, prepare orientation materials, and support new employees during joining.
- Handle day-to-day HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and leave forms.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime details.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR-related events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
