- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication.
- Manage attendance, leave applications, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and employee files.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
